On The Day Coordination

You plan your wedding and we coordinate the day.

 

On the day we essentially become the point of contact and decision maker (based on prior instructions), giving you the freedom to relax and enjoy.

 

We ensure every aspect is perfectly executed in-line with your wedding vision. Behind the scenes we coordinate all elements including logistics, vendors, and repurposing styling where needed. We keep the event on time by liaising with catering, entertainment and the MC. â€‹We oversee all the details, pre-empting any issues that may arise.

On the Day Coordination includes:

​

- Initial meet and greet, to discuss the service (in person or online). This meeting can form part of a 'Planning Consultation' if you choose to have one.

​

- 6 weeks out from the wedding date we have a meeting to run through all the details and confirm the runsheet and logistics. ​

​

- 3 weeks out from the wedding date we contact all the vendors to introduce ourselves and confirm their agreed service and timing.

​

- Unlimited communication via email and phone. ​

We’d planned our dream wedding day, yet we wanted to engage an On The Day Coordinator to be ‘us’ and ensure everything was executed perfectly. Cue Julz! From the moment we met Julz we knew we’d found someone we could trust and who shared our vision.
